Iced Lemon Tea | 凍檸茶 手工香氛蠟燭

炎炎夏日下，特別在茶餐廳中午吃完一份重口味的黑椒汁快餐後，一定會加多杯凍檸茶，解一解食物油膩，當然為了減低罪惡感都會順道叫上「少甜少冰」。

在香港經常飲凍檸茶，但聞起來是甚麼氣味應該都沒有太多印象，所以今次我地以港式凍檸檬茶的氣味為主題，嘗試將港式凍檸茶的氣味帶給大家。

在檸檬氣味上我地特別強調了檸檬香和酸，另外更特別加入了「爆檸」的效果，令大家聞到檸檬香之餘，也會有一種冰凍氣泡的快感，就像一杯剛剛放上枱的凍檸茶一樣。除了清新的檸檬氣味，紅茶茶底當然少不得，我們模仿了紅茶「茶膽」的氣味，與檸檬的香味混合起來會帶有陣陣的清新酸味

最後當然少不得幫大家少甜，適合太不喜歡甜的你。

On a hot summer day, after having a heavy sauce fast food meal for lunch at a Hong Kong-style diner, it's common to order an extra cup of iced lemon tea to soothe the greasiness of the food, and of course, to reduce the guilt, you would also ask for it to be "less sweet and less ice."

Drinking iced lemon tea is a common habit in Hong Kong, but the scent of it might not leave a strong impression on most people. Therefore, this time we've chosen the scent of Hong Kong-style iced lemon tea as our theme, aiming to bring the scent of it to you.

In terms of the lemon scent, we've emphasized the fragrance and acidity of the lemon. Additionally, we've added a "bursting lemon" effect, which gives a frozen carbonated sensation to the scent, just like smelling a freshly-made iced lemon tea. Besides the refreshing lemon scent, we can't forget about the black tea base, so we've imitated the scent of black tea and added it to the mix with lemon, giving a fresh and sour scent to the scent.

Lastly, we've made it less sweet to suit those who don't prefer overly sweet drinks.
