It is for the case where you want the room to smell of nothing at all — no fragrance layered over the problem, just the problem gone.
What OdorSentry does — Instead of covering an odour with fragrance, these candles carry a US-patented deodorising compound. As the candle burns it releases molecules that bind to the odour molecules and strip them of the property that makes them smell; once neutralised they settle and evaporate.
