Sell Corpse Man Scented Candle
Last Halloween's vampire breath was, by common agreement, too much. This year we made one people can live with.
It is modelled on the resurrection men of eighteenth-century Britain. Anatomy was booming, bodies were scarce, and a trade grew up around digging them back out and selling them on for study. It produced some genuinely notorious cases, which eventually forced the Anatomy Act through, after which the trade disappeared — and left a long tail of novels and films behind it.
As for what it smells like: we reused part of the vampire-breath material, then built the scent around something far more familiar — sushi ginger. Possibly Bio Zombie was on our mind. Either way it means this one is, at minimum, pleasant.
Scent — Sushi ginger · rotting meat (mild)
Burn time — Approx. 20 hours (100g)
Wax — Soy wax, coconut wax, vegetable oil
Made in — Hand-poured in Hong Kong
Best used — On the first burn, let the surface melt edge to edge. It prevents tunnelling and gives you the full scent every time after.
