Oolong Scented Candle
This one took two years. The idea started at a workshop in late 2021 where we showed people how to blend their own oolong scent — and the questions never stopped afterwards. Cost kept getting in the way.
When we revisited the formula in 2023, we found that cutting cost flattened it. So we did the opposite: we added. Jasmine and bergamot went in, the herbal edge came down, and the whole thing softened without losing its shape.
It is still an oolong candle first. The dryness of the leaf and that faint roasted sweetness stay in front — the florals sit behind them, not on top.
